WFM-07 Roadmap: Enterprise eTIME® Product Update and Development Plans
In the past few years a flurry of paid sick time and paid family leave laws have been enacted on State and local level. There are no federal legal requirements for paid sick leave or paid family leave, so requirements will vary by state and local jurisdiction making it difficult for employers to administer. In this session we will review some of the common requirements of these enacted laws and discuss strategies to comply as well as simplify your process including sick time as a part of Paid Time Off or PTO bank.
