ADP Meeting of the Minds is ADP's premier user conference for ADP enterprise clients with 1000+ employees.
Who is ADP MOTM for?
At ADP Meeting of the Minds is designed for the growth and development of payroll and HR professionals, benefits and information systems administrators, CHROs, thought leaders and more. ADP Meeting of the Minds is for any HCM professional who wants to engage with a community of forward-thinking peers who are making work better.
When is ADP MOTM?

What is the theme?

Will ADP MOTM be held virtually or in-person?
We have both an in-person and a virtual ADP Meeting of the Minds offering.
When will breakouts be announced?
Breakouts will be released in January.
Will I be able to earn CE credits?
Yes, whether you attend in-person, or virtually - ADP Meeting of the Minds will be applying to our traditional CE credit accrediting organizations.
Is there an App for ADP Meetings of the Minds?
Yes, there will be an event mobile app.
Is there an Executive Track?
Yes, ADP Meeting of the Minds will have CHRO level content inside of the Executive Track. This is an opportunity for C-Suite executives to discuss the trends and strategies facing businesses today.
What is Encore Day?
Encore Day is included in any pass you register for. Encore Day is March 31, it is a free day to engage with select breakout sessions and their facilitators. This is designed especially for those interested in CE credits that may feel like they could not schedule as many sessions as they wanted during the event days. It is designed to help people who want to be in two places at one time. Catch the one you can't get to during Encore Day.

When does the room block expire?
All rooms and group rates are based on availability.
When should I plan to arrive and depart?
Arrivals: If you're joining us for the Training Plus Pass - FOT sessions begin Sunday, March 20 at noon. All other sessions start first thing Monday, March 21. Departures: We end ADP MOTM with Closing General Session at the Marriott Anaheim. That session ends Wednesday, March 23 by 12:00 p.m.

How much will it cost, what is included?
Training Plus Pass (in-person, ADP Clients Only) $1795

Exclusively for ADP Clients, enjoy everything the in-person Conference Pass offers PLUS, get access to all breakouts, including ADP Product Roadmap and Focus on Training (FOT) sessions. For the ADP practitioner that seeks to maximize product knowledge and platform skills, the Training Plus Pass is a complete ADP Meeting of the Minds in-person experience. You’ll also recieve a Virtual Pass (free!) after the event ends to access content on-demand. CE credits will be available.

Conference Pass (in-person) $1395

This in-person Conference Pass gives you access to Opening and Closing General Sessions, select breakout sessions and all meals - including the Welcome Reception and the Client Appreciation Celebration. As a bonus, you’ll also recieve a free Virtual Pass after the event ends to access content on-demand. (Does not include FOT or ADP Product Roadmap sessions). CE credits will be available.

Virtual Pass $395

Enjoy the Opening and Closing General Sessions and key breakouts live-streamed from ADP Meeting of the Minds. You’ll also have access to a select menu of recorded, on-demand breakout sessions to help you learn and grow from comfort of your home or office. CE credits will be available.
Is there a discount code for multiple attendees?
Our 2021 Training Plus Pass (10% off 2019 pricing), and our Conference Pass (30% off 2019 pricing) are both being offered at a consistently discounted rate throughout our registration cyle. We won't have any price increases over the course of registration. There are no group discounts available as we're offering discounts across the board and throughout registration.
When does registration end?
Registration for the in-person event will be capped and will end when the event is full. Registration for the virtual event will run until after the event dates as much of the content will be on demand.
How do I modify my registration information after I’ve registered?
There is a link in your confirmation email that can take you back into the registration site to change your registration. You can also get there from the Registration button in the navigation bar above.

What is the refund policy for in-person ADP Meeting of the Minds passes?

We’ve got your back! ADP® Meeting of the Minds is a long-standing and beloved tradition connecting our valued ADP clients with solutions, insights, and experts so that we can learn, network and grow together. We warmly welcome attendees and are excited to plan a safe, exciting and informative event for everyone. But we are aware that every day, our world changes. In 2022, it’s important to remain flexible and responsible, more than ever. We get it.

In-Person Attendee Cancellation Policy

How much is refunded for your in-person registration:

Refunds to in-person cancellations are applied with the following organizing principles in mind:

Switch: You can switch to virtual.

This is always our favorite idea (over cancelling and not participating at all). We encourage this over cancelling at any point. In this scenario, we would refund the difference between your ticket purchase price and the cost of a virtual ticket.

Cancellations:

100% Refund:

If in-person cancellation is received before Monday, February 14, 2022.

Alternatively, you can switch to virtual and receive the difference between your in-person fee and the virtual fee.

50% Refund:

If in-person cancellation is received between Tuesday, February 15 – Thursday March 3, 2022.

Alternatively, you can switch to virtual and receive the difference between 50% of your in-person fee and the virtual fee.

0% Refund:

If in-person cancellation is received after Friday, March 4, 2022.

You can switch to a virtual pass at no cost.

When a refund is due, the amount refunded will be based on the price paid for the registration(s) canceled.

What is the refund policy for the virtual ADP Meeting of the Minds?

Virtual Attendee Cancellation Policy

We’d love to encourage you to attend virtually as you will have access to the on-demand content. On-demand access lasts for 30 days. You will get to see amazing speakers and you’ll have extra time to consume the content at your convenience.

How much is refunded for your virtual registration:

Cancellations:

100% Refund:Cancellations received prior to Monday, February 28th

50% Refund:

If virtual cancellation is received between Tuesday, March 1 – Thursday March 15, 2022.

0% Refund:

If virtual cancellation is received on or after Tuesday, March 15, 2022.

When a refund is due, the amount refunded will be based on the price paid for the registration(s) canceled.

How to cancel your virtual registration:

You can transfer a virtual ticket to a colleague by emailing learnmoremotm@adp.com.

If you need to cancel your virtual registration, click on your email confirmation to modify your registration.

Our first recommendation would be to stay involved in the program and access the content on-demand at your convenience.

Cancelling your virtual pass also cancels your ability to access the on-demand content.

On your summary page, you will see the button to cancel my registration. Click on this button and complete the questions to finalize the cancellation.

How the money is returned:

The refund will be applied to your original payment method - we cannot not issue checks for refunds.

These cancellation principles apply regardless of the reason for the cancellation.

What happens if the in-person event is cancelled?

We are committed to creating an in-person ADP Meeting of the Minds.

If ADP Needs to Cancel the In-Person Conference and Move Everyone Virtual Experience

In the scenario where ADP cancels the in-person event, every in-person ticket will become a virtual ticket.

You will be refunded the difference between the amount you paid and the price of a virtual ticket.

If in-person cancellation is announced, you will have one week from the announcement date to cancel your registration and receive 100% of your money back.

If ADP Meeting of the Minds becomes a completely virtual event, all terms and conditions for the virtual delivery of the event apply for participation and for all refund / cancellation policies.

Health & Safety
OVERVIEW - HEALTH AND SAFETY
The safety and well-being of our attendees, partners, exhibitors, site workers and staff remains our top priority. As we get closer to returning to an in-person conference in Anaheim, we continue to update our health and safety policies for the upcoming ADP Meeting of the Minds based upon current recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the state of California and local Anaheim health authorities. We will continue to monitor their recommendations and will update relevant information as needed. We look forward to welcoming everyone back for an incredible event experience.

We are continuously monitoring guidance from the CDC and local health authorities and reserve the right to adjust the events’ health & safety protocols as relevant recommendations and tradeshow industry standards evolve.
What are ADP’s Covid Policy/Health & Safety protocols for ADP MOTM?
Our event is following the local guidelines required by the city of Anaheim for Mega Events and has partnered with CLEAR Health Pass to manage our attendees’ blind data in a secure and confidential manner.

CLEAR Health Pass is a modular system that provides employees and attendees with a seamless way to upload proof of vaccination, negative COVID-19 tests, or fill out health surveys. CLEAR HEALTH PASS / Vaccination / Testing Details

Prior to traveling onsite, Attendees must provide one of the following items electronically via the CLEAR Health Pass app prior to attending the ADPMOTM 2022 event:

Proof of COVID vaccination (Per the CDC, US domestic residents are fully vaccinated if they have completed two doses of either the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines or one dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.)

Negative PCR test within 48 hours of event (Polymerase Chain Reaction, also called diagnostic or molecular)

Negative Rapid Antigen test within 24 hours of event

Onsite

Masks are required indoors regardless of vaccination status.

Electronic proof of either Covid Vaccination or Negative test result through the show management approved app “CLEAR” accompanied by a valid government issued photo ID: Guidelines above will be monitored through the CLEAR app and ADP’s Global Security Organization and Medical Team.

Those who do not meet requirements will be assisted with the technology or will meet with onsite Health & Safety staff for further assistance.

Participants will not receive their badge/lanyard until cleared (verify that is a “green” light on the CLEAR app) and will be required to show their CLEAR status at checkpoints throughout event.
Which vaccinations will be accepted as a substitute for a negative test?
Per the CDC, US domestic residents are fully vaccinated if they have completed two doses of either the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines or one dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.
Will a single dose of an approved vaccine be accepted?
Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination prior to entry is required as an option to a Negative Test result. Per the CDC, US domestic residents are fully vaccinated if they have completed two doses of either the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines or one dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.
Will I be required to have a booster shot as part of my proof of vaccination?
No, at this time, the CDC has yet to issue formal guidance on boosters and many countries will implement their own policies regarding booster shots. ADP MOTM Staff are closely monitoring the situation, but at this time a booster shot is not required to attend.
What if I’ve recently recovered from COVID-19 and am unable to provide proof of a negative test?
People who have recovered from COVID-19 can continue to test positive for up to 3 months after their infection. CDC does not recommended retesting within 3 months after a person with COVID-19 first developed symptoms (or the date of their first positive viral diagnostic test if their infection was asymptomatic). As such, ADP will accept a letter of clearance from a medical professional indicating that the individual has recovered from COVID within the previous 90 days to gain entry to the shows.
Will face masks be mandatory?
Yes, all attendees, exhibitors, staff, contractors, laborers, etc. are required to wear a face mask indoors regardless of vaccination, according to current Covid guidelines. For large outdoor events in close proximity, face masks are also recommended.
Where can I go to get a test administered?
Check this link for testing options near you (Link to https://www.hhs.gov/coronavirus/community-based-testing-sites/index.html) prior to attending. Testing will not be available onsite at the event.
I’ve been vaccinated but lost my vaccine card, now what?
If you are unable to provide an electronic copy or verification through our 3rd party provider, you will not be eligible to take advantage of this alternative option and will have to provide proof of a Negative COVID-19 test in accordance with the policy.
What should I do if I test positive for Covid-19 while at the event?
If you believe you have contracted COVID-19 while onsite at Meeting of the Minds, please refrain from attending any further sessions immediately and report it to our onsite medical team for additional consultation.
How often will proof of vaccine need to be checked to enter the event venues (convention center, hotels, evening events, etc.)?
You will need to show proof each time you exit and then re-enter the various event venues.  Use of the CLEAR Health Pass App will allow for the speediest re-entry.
Will vaccinations be offered?
No, vaccinations will not be offered at ADP Meeting of the Minds.
